Warehouse Operative

Location: Wetherby
Salary: Up to £28,730 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Our client based in Wetherby is looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to develop your skills through FLT training.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking orders using a handheld scanner device
• Packing and dispatching products using computer software
• Repacking products into branded packaging for store stock displays
• Accurately labelling product packaging
• Conducting stock counts
• Carrying out a variety of general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Ideally hold a valid FLT licence
• Previous picking and packing experience
• Experience working within a warehouse environment
• Confident using IT software and systems
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Training

Candidates who already hold an FLT licence will be offered a salary of £28,730.

Applicants without an FLT licence will also be considered. Full training will be provided, with a starting salary of £28,089 and a review after 6-12 months.

A driving licence is essential due to the location.
