WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Warehouse Operative / Packer

Location: Pershore
Pay: 12.71per hour
Temporary – September to December

Working Hours:

September – November:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

December:
Monday to Saturday, 7:00am – finish
Shifts may be up to 12 hours, depending on workload.

Own transport is essential due to the location and working hours.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives / Packers to join a busy team in Pershore.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail is essential. You will be responsible for carefully selecting the correct products, following packing instructions and ensuring finished items are prepared to a high standard.

The Role Includes:

• Picking the correct products according to order requirements
• Checking products carefully to ensure the correct items are selected
• Packing products neatly and securely
• Following detailed packing instructions and procedures
• Wrapping and finishing products to a high standard
• Checking completed items for quality and presentation
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Keeping the work area clean, organised and tidy
• Working as part of a team in a busy warehouse environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, packing or production experience is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions accurately
• Good hand dexterity and a careful approach to packing
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and to deadlines
