We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team within a specialist temperature-controlled pharmaceutical warehouse in Northampton, working Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:00.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the safe, accurate and efficient handling, storage and dispatch of pharmaceutical products within our temperature-controlled Northampton warehouse.

You will safely load and unload goods, using material handling equipment to handle products correctly and minimise damage.

Throughout your work, you will maintain high standards of quality, compliance and safety, following company procedures and taking appropriate action where improvements are needed.

Additionally, you will:

- Monitor and operate automated warehouse systems
- Carry out equipment checks
- Maintain and update risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Report concerns, issues or variances promptly to your line manager

About You

To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

- Warehouse experience
- Experience in safely handling goods of varying sizes and weights
- An awareness of manual handling techniques
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- The willingness to undertake additional training (A4 licence etc.)
- An FLT licence (counterbalance or reach truck licences)

Due to the nature of the products and facilities, all successful applicants will be required to successfully complete a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Security Check, including providing references covering five years of employment history.
