Warehouse Operatives - Ambient & Freezer

Proactive Global is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established distribution centre in Bedford. We have opportunities across both Ambient and Freezer departments, with a range of shift patterns available.

Available Departments

Ambient Warehouse

Freezer Warehouse

Shift Patterns

Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00

Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00

5 days from 7, including weekends on a rota basis

Duties

Picking and packing customer orders

Loading and unloading deliveries

Stock replenishment

Preparing orders for dispatch

Working accurately to productivity targets

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Good attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude

For Freezer roles, you must be comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment
