Warehouse Operatives, Pickers, Packers & LLOP Drivers - PM or Night Shift

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives, Pickers, Packers, LLOP Drivers and General Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Peterborough.

Shift Pattern - you must choose either PM or Night Shift

• 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Thursday-Monday
• 10:00pm - 06:00am, Thursday-Monday

Pay Rates

• PM Shift: £13.45 per hour, increasing to £14.95 per hour following successful completion of LLOP training
• Night Shift: £15.70 per hour, increasing to £17.20 per hour following successful completion of LLOP training

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch
• Quality checking products
• Wrapping and repacking items for delivery
• Loading goods ready for distribution
• Preparing packaging to ensure safe transportation
• Reporting any stock or operational discrepancies
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Operating LLOP trucks to pick customer orders (training provided)

Experience Required

Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are key.

Additional Information

• Full training will be provided where required.
• A pre-employment drug test is required for this role.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over in line with Health and Safety requirements.
