Warehouse Operator (Counterbalance & PPT) – Temp to Permanent

Pay: £13.75 per hour

Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 6:00am – 6:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operator with valid Counterbalance and PPT licences to join a busy manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate, offering a long-term career within a supportive team.

The Role

This is a hands-on warehouse role where you'll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by supplying raw materials to production lines and carrying out warehouse operations safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and PPT trucks safely and confidently.

• Feeding raw materials to production lines to keep machinery running.

• Loading and unloading side-curtain trailers.

• Carrying out stock checks on raw materials.

• Maintaining high housekeeping standards and following a clean-as-you-go approach.

• Working in line with all health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance and PPT licences.

• Proven experience operating both trucks in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Experience loading and unloading trailers.

• A reliable, safety-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.

• A willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
