£13.26 per hour | Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays per month

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operators and Packing Operatives to join a busy team based in Lenham. There could be ongoing positions within the same company, with opportunities available in both the warehouse and production/packing departments.

Warehouse Operator – £13.26 per hour

The Warehouse Operator role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with 2 Saturdays per month from 6:00am to 3:30pm.

The role involves picking pallets using a manual scanner, palletising and carrying out general warehouse duties. You will be working as part of a busy team, so previous warehouse experience is essential.

Due to the location, you must have a full driving licence and your own transport. You will also need to have your own safety shoes and hi-vis vest. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are able to commit to the required working hours, including the Saturday shifts.

Packing Operative – £13.26 per hour

The Packing Operative role is Monday to Friday, 7:15am to 4:45pm, with 2 Saturdays per month from 6:00am to 3:30pm.

You will be working on a busy production line carrying out packing and labelling duties. This is a fast-paced working environment where you will need to work efficiently, follow instructions and maintain good attention to detail while meeting production requirements.

Previous warehouse, packing or production experience is essential. As with the warehouse position, your own transport is essential due to the location. You will also need your own safety shoes and hi-vis vest and must be reliable and able to commit to the required working hours.
