All Square Recruitment are recruiting Picker Packers to join a busy distribution team in Basildon, Essex.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a temporary role to manage a busy period.

Picker Packer - Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from stock based on picking lists.
• Ensure correct quantities and product codes are selected.
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
• Work in a team to collectively achieve targets
• Report to the Warehouse Supervisor with any product defects

Experience required for the role

• Previous experience in a warehouse picking and packing role
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Reliable, with excellent timekeeping & a positive attitude.

• Monday to Friday
• 07:15 - 16:00
• Job Type: Full-time
• £13.38 per hour
