•  Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:00
•  Sunday-Thursday, 14:00-22:00

Alexander Steele Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a successful FMCG business in their search for Warehouse/Yard Supervisors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to lead and develop Warehouse and Yard teams within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations, supporting production requirements, managing inventory accuracy and overseeing finished goods dispatch activities.

This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong focus on team engagement, operational performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Warehouse and Yard operations
• Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping and operational performance
• Support production through effective material supply and internal stock movements
• Manage finished goods storage and dispatch preparation
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members

Key Requirements:

• Supervisory experience within warehouse, logistics or distribution environments
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, FMCG or distribution operation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
• WMS/ERP experience and MHE licences advantageous
