One Saturday per month
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse goods-in department in Silverstone. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all day shift warehouse activities
- Manage stock control and assist with inventory processes
- Conduct team briefings, allocate tasks, and train staff
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse (warehouse operative experience is also a plus)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-pased environment
- Excellent organisational skills
