Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help manage a large team of Warehouse Operatives and Agency Workers. 

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Shift Manager with the day-to-day operations. The main purpose of this role is alongside the other Warehouse Supervisors on your dedicated shift, with the guidance of the shift manager to ensure a smooth running of the entire warehouse utilising all available resource whilst adhering to all H&S requirements.

• Distributing workload to the team
• Personnel tasks - timekeeping, attendance, incident reporting
• Training new staff

This role will operate across two core shifts on a fortnightly rotational basis between the hours of 6am – 2pm and 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 6am – 2pm and 11am – 7pm on a Friday.
