We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and ensure the smooth running of our direct-to-consumer operation. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high service standards, and supporting your team to achieve operational KPIs.

Previous experience in supervising warehouse operative is essential to fulfil this position of Warehouse Supervisor. Within this role you will be offered free car parking. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, this position of Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team.
• Oversee picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Monitor performance and achieve departmental KPIs.
• Ensure Health & Safety and PPE compliance.
• Complete daily handovers and team briefings.
• Resolve operational issues and identify process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer service.

Skills and attributes required by Warehouse Supervisor:

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Hours of work: Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri, 7am-6pm   /   Sun-Thurs 9am-6pm

(1 Hour unpaid break)

Rate of pay: Starts at £14 per hour

Contract: Temporary to permanent
