Warehouse Supervisor

For this role, you must have a UK Driving License, and a 7.5-tonne driving licence (C1).
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
Contract: 12-week temp-to-perm - permanent contract offered following successful completion
This is a hands-on supervisory position, so we're looking for someone who is happy to lead from the front and get stuck in with the wider warehouse team.
The role:
- Supervising and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Processing credit notes and handling returns
- Supporting general picking, packing and warehouse duties
- Working within the freezer when required
- Ensuring the warehouse remains organised, safe and efficient
- Operating a forklift where required - training can be provided if you are not currently licensed
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed
- Have previous warehouse supervisory/team leader experience
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence and be confident driving
- Hold a 7.5-tonne driving licence
- Be reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility
- Be physically comfortable with a hands-on warehouse role
- Be willing to work in a freezer environment when required
- Be willing to undertake forklift training if not already licensed
