Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the production team, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for supervising staff, allocating workloads, monitoring productivity and supporting the training and development of team members. You will also play an important role in maintaining excellent customer service levels, resolving operational issues and driving continuous improvement across the department.

• Supervise and support the production team on a daily basis
• Allocate workloads and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Monitor productivity and team performance
• Support the training and development of staff
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer service
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures
• Identify and resolve operational issues
• Promote a positive and productive working environment
• Drive continuous improvement across the department
• Ensure company procedures and standards are consistently followed

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience is essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure
• Available to start immediately
• Flexibility to work weekends and different shift patterns

• AM Team Leader: 8:00am - 5:00pm, or 12-hour shift
• Afternoon Team Leader: 12-hour shift with a 1-hour break
• Weekend work may be required
• Additional afternoon shift cover required next week
