Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 DOE + Benefits
An established international manufacturer is looking to recruit a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee its UK warehouse operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take greater responsibility within a successful international business.
The Role
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and a small team
- Oversee goods-in, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch
- Coordinate deliveries, collections and courier arrangements
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Ensure high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping
- Resolve operational issues and improve warehouse efficiency
- Work closely with internal departments to meet customer requirements
The Person
- Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of stock control, goods-in and dispatch
- Experience using warehouse or ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience within manufacturing, engineering or technical product distribution would be advantageous but isn't essential.
