Warehouse Team Leader

Are you an experienced team leader eager to take charge of a busy night shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment?

This temporary to permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working with a well-established logistics and distribution company. You will be responsible for looking after a small team, training new staff and managing rotas.

Pay & Shifts:

• £16.62 per hour (£34,500 per annum)
• Sunday to Thursday
• 22:00pm to 07:00am

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and motivating the night shift team to meet daily targets
• Training new and existing staff in line with company standards
• Managing rotas and resource planning for smooth operations
• Delegating tasks to maximise productivity
• Ensuring safe operation of forklift trucks
• Overseeing receipt, picking, and dispatch of goods to tight deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• Proven team leader or supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage and develop a night shift team
• Forklift truck experience highly desirable
