4 on / 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights)

• Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

You'll play a key role in leading a busy warehouse team, ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, while helping to create a positive and motivated working environment.

As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and supporting your warehouse team throughout each shift.
• Allocating workloads to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately.
• Monitoring stock accuracy through regular checks and inventory control.
• Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Investigating and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Completing shift reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Promoting excellent housekeeping and best working practices.
• Driving continuous improvement across warehouse processes.

We're looking for someone who brings both leadership experience and a hands-on approach.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor or Senior Warehouse Operative.
• Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of goods in, goods out, stock control and order picking.
• Experience allocating workloads and monitoring team performance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence making decisions and resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
• A good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (desirable).
• FLT licences or experience (advantageous).
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• A reliable, proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to lead by example.
