Location: Skelmersdale
Pay Rate: £13.50
Shifts: 4 days on 4 days off(included weekends)
Hours: 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting multiple Team Leaders to join a busy warehouse operation based in Skelmersdale. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives.
• Allocate workloads and monitor daily performance against operational targets.
• Oversee goods-in, goods-out, picking, packing, and stock control activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Deliver team briefings and provide ongoing coaching and training.
• Monitor productivity and quality standards, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with staffing levels, attendance management, and performance reviews.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records.
• Support management in achieving service, cost, and efficiency objectives.

About You

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Warehouse Operative position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and health & safety requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
