Are you a sharp, tech-savvy logistics leader who thrives on keeping supply chains moving smoothly from anywhere?

We are partnering with a global pioneer in renewable energy, to find a dynamic Warehouse Team Leader. In this unique remote-first role, you will oversee warehouse performance digitally while occasionally traveling to various site locations across the UK and Europe to keep operations aligned and efficient.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will bridge the gap between digital strategy and on-the-ground execution. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Leading virtual stand-ups, managing shift handovers, and providing remote coaching and HR support.

• Operational Efficiency: Monitoring WMS performance in real-time, resolving bottlenecks, and tracking overall workforce efficiency.

• Inventory & Quality Control: Keeping a close eye on inventory accuracy, quality assurance, and coordinating closely with vendors and carriers.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with various internal departments and producing clear performance reports.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, comfortable with remote leadership, and possess hands-on experience with the following tools:

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Proficiency in at least one major platform, such as SAP, Manhattan Active, Oracle NetSuite, or Blue Yonder.

• Collaboration & Communication: Expert-level familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and digital whiteboards.

• Data & Analytics: Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel to analyze shipping trends and track workforce metrics.

• Mobility: Flexibility to travel to Vestas warehouses across the UK and Europe as required.
