Location: Batley
Salary: £12.71
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

Working across all warehouse operations, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily activities that ensure the smooth running of a large and busy distribution centre. From stock sorting to dispatch, picking and packing to online inventory, this is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are the same.

You'll be part of a hardworking and inclusive team, helping to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering excellent internal service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all areas of warehouse operations as needed
  • Move stock by hand, lift, or forklift truck (if licensed)
  • Assist with sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching of stock
  • Help with online sales processing and inventory tasks
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture

About You

We’re looking for someone adaptable, reliable, and team-focused. You will also:

  • Have good communication and time management skills
  • Be self-aware and open to feedback
  • Be willing to work flexibly in line with business needs
  • Be able to manage workload and priorities with support
  • Have a basic understanding of Health & Safety
  • Have some basic IT skills

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in a warehouse or e-commerce environment
  • Experience operating forklift trucks
