Warehouse Temp

Our client is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team on a temporary 2-day assignment [Thursday 13th August & Friday 14th August]

This role is physically demanding, so candidates must be comfortable lifting heavy boxes and being on their feet throughout the working day.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders using handheld scanners.
• Accurately locating and processing stock.
• Preparing goods for dispatch.
• Moving stock and carrying out general warehouse duties.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets while maintaining accuracy.
• Regular lifting and moving of boxes and stock throughout the shift.

Key Attributes

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
• Experience using handheld scanners for picking and packing is advantageous.
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy boxes.
• Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the working day.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to commit to the full 2-day temporary assignment.
