Warehouse Operatives (Mid Shift/Night Shift) – Hoddesdon

Corr Recruitment is seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our client's growing team in Hoddesdon. 3 chambers: Ambient, Chill and Freezer environment.

This is your chance to secure a temp-to-perm position with excellent pay, training, and career progression opportunities.

Key Details:

• Start: One-day induction (8 AM) followed by immediate on-the-job training
• Induction Thursday at 8am, start on shift Sunday 21st June
• Shifts available: Sunday to Thursday (16:00 - 02:00)

Hours:

• 45 hours per week (guaranteed)

Pay: £16.33

What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking and preparing orders with precision and efficiency
• Supporting smooth warehouse operations as a key part of our team
• Operating LLOP, Reach or Counterbalance trucks (if licensed, this is a plus, but not essential)
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial but not required, full training provided
• Reach or Counterbalance truck experience (a bonus, but not mandatory)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
