- WIP and debtor management
- Complaint handling
- Aftersales KPIs
- Support Service and Aftersales Management
- Help improve processes and departmental performance
The previous person in the role progressed through the Emerging Managers programme, so there’s some substance behind the word “progression”.
You’ll need either Warranty experience or a strong Service Advisor background, plus a driving licence.
