Working in our aftersales department as a Warranty support specialist you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you’ll do day to day
- Prepare, review, and submit warranty, policy, and customer reimbursement claims, ensuring all documentation, repair orders, and invoices are accurate and compliant with manufacturer requirements.
- Manage warranty administration, including open time records, technician clockings, job card write-ups, claim tracking, and maintenance of all related records.
- Reconcile warranty credits, review warranty statements, and investigate or resolve payment discrepancies, rejected claims, and outstanding issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer policies through robust audit controls, self-audits, and the management of displaced parts and returned materials in line with retention requirements.
- Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians, Manufacturers, and internal departments to resolve warranty queries, support claim approvals, produce performance reports, and identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise claim recovery.

- Reviewing, processing, and authorising warranty and Prior Work Authority (PWA) claims in line with manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Providing support and guidance to Service Advisors, Warranty Executives, and Technicians on technical coding, repair processes, and claim submissions.
- Investigating and resolving rejected claims while ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Assisting with remote and on-site warranty audits, managing parts retention requirements, and administering any resulting chargebacks.
- Monitoring warranty expenditure and recovery performance, identifying trends, recurring faults, and opportunities for process improvement or additional training.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure high levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Managing workload effectively to meet deadlines, achieve targets, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
