We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Waste Porters in the vibrant area of Colney, South Norfolk. This is a temporary position where you can showcase your commitment to public service while working in a friendly and supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

As a Waste Porter, your role will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and transporting waste from designated areas to disposal points.
• Ensuring waste is sorted correctly for recycling and disposal.
• Assisting with the upkeep of waste collection sites to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Working alongside a dedicated team to promote effective waste management practises.
• Engaging with the public in a positive and professional manner.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done!
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with the public and fellow team members.
• A commitment to health and safety standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential!
