Water Hygiene Engineer

Golden Fox Recruitment Ltd

Location: Aylesbury (Covering Buckinghamshire & Surrounding Areas)
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Door-to-Door Travel + Company Vehicle

Are you an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer looking for a role with a regional patch, paid door-to-door travel and a better work-life balance?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Water Hygiene and Legionella Compliance company that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality compliance services across commercial, healthcare and public sector contracts. Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that genuinely values its engineers. Unlike many roles within the industry, you'll benefit from a predominantly regional patch, meaning less time travelling and more time at home. Combined with door-to-door travel pay, a supportive management team and long-term job stability, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to join a company where they're appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Temperature monitoring
  • Water sampling
  • TMV servicing
  • Showerhead cleaning and disinfection
  • Cold water storage tank inspections
  • General Water Hygiene compliance duties

  • Previous experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer or Water Hygiene Technician
  • A good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance
  • Experience carrying out routine Water Hygiene compliance tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • A full UK Driving Licence

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary of up to £30,000 DOE
  • Company vehicle and fuel card
  • Door-to-door travel paid
  • Overtime opportunities
  • 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)

  • Regional patch with very limited long-distance travel
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Supportive management team
  • Long-term stability within an established and growing business

If you're looking to join a company that offers a great work-life balance, values its engineers and keeps travel to a minimum, we'd love to hear from you.
