A privately-owned Water Treatment / Water Hygiene specialist is seeking a switched-on and professional Water Treatment Operations Manager to join their outfit. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services to a diverse portfolio of clients, monitoring quality of works, deadline adherance and customer satisfaction. We are seeking someone with strong leadership experience, who is confident in upholding company proceedures and policies, as you will be integral in maintaining the company’s strong reputation and service standards. Experience / Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience as a Water Treatment Operations Manager
- Ideally will hold industry-related qualifications (i.e. City and Guilds WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing, NVQ Plumbing, G3 Unvented)
- Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Confident in leading teams on site and within the office
- Flexible to travel in line with company needs
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficient in using IT software
- Excellent communication skills
The Role:
- Overseeing the successful completion Water Treatment, Water Hygiene, Legionella and Plumbing services
- Leading teams to effectively plan projects and allocate workloads to engineers
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues
- Troubleshooting issues on site, ensuring a smooth outcome
- Quality assurance and competency checks to ensure compliance
- Training and supporting engineers on a daily basis
- Handling any complaints from clients
- Supporting the continued growth of the company portfolio, identifying gaps in the market, upselling and following up on warm leads
- Ensuring projects run in accordance with set budgets and deadlines
- Attending sites to conduct initial risk assessments prior to works starting
- Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Accident / incident investigations and resolution
- Completing relevant project documents
