Hourly Rate: £13.00ph
Dates: Dates available on 19th and 20th September 2026!

Hours: 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking enthusiastic candidates to support students during the move-in period. Successful applicants will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring students are settled comfortably into their new surroundings.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment and make a positive impact during an exciting time for students embarking on their academic journeys!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet students and their families upon arrival, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist with check-ins, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Conduct tours of the facilities, highlighting key areas and amenities.
• Show new arrivals to their rooms, providing essential information to help them settle in.
• Support with administrative duties as required.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• A friendly and approachable demeanour, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• A proactive attitude, ready to assist and resolve issues as they arise.
• Flexibility with shift patterns, availability to work on the 19th and 20th of September from either 9 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm.
