MIG Welder (Weekend Shift)

Job Details

• Position: Weekend Welder
• Location: Stockton (TS18 3SD)
• Contract Type: 12 months Fixed term assignment
• Pay Rate: £24.10 per hour (Night shift)
• Overtime: OT 1.5 at £28.47 / OT 2.0 at £37.96

Shift Pattern which rotates :

Week 1: 7pm-7am (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Week 2: 10.15pm-7am (Friday), 7pm-7am (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities

• Work on build/weld fixtures to tight tolerances.
• Operate effectively both under your own initiative and as a collaborative team member.
• Maintain high standards by following strict work procedures and housekeeping protocols.
• Perform manual lifting tasks as required.
• Utilize overhead cranes safely.
• Execute jig work with precision.
• Strictly adhere to all site PPE requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in MIG Welding is essential.
• Must be a Time Served Welder.
• Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification.
