This is a Part-Time Role. Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5pm

The Welcome Hub Ambassador provides a professional, welcoming and secure front of house experience for colleagues, visitors and contractors. Acting as the first point of contact within the workplace, the role supports visitor management, access control, delivery coordination and Workplace Services enquiries while helping to create a positive and people centred workplace environment.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome visitors and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage visitor sign in procedures and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
  • Issue, track and collect visitor passes in line with security procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional Welcome Hub environment.
  • Support colleagues and visitors with Workplace Services enquiries.
  • Follow workplace safety, emergency and visitor management procedures.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and front of house records.
  • Coordinate deliveries, ensuring items are logged, received securely and distributed appropriately.
  • Replenish front of house materials, visitor passes and workplace supplies.
  • Support general Workplace Services administrative tasks where required.
  • Promote a positive workplace experience through excellent customer service and professionalism.

Experience

What you’ve done

  • Experience in a front of house, reception, workplace services or customer service role.
  • Experience managing visitors, enquiries or administrative processes.
  • Experience working within a customer focused environment.
  • Experience using digital systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and service providers desirable.

Qualifications, certificates, and training

  • GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths desirable.
  • Customer service or administration training desirable.
  • Health & Safety awareness training desirable.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency essential
  • Visitor management or access control system training desirable.
