Fabricator Welders / MIG Welders

Hours: Full Time | Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and fabrication company based in Chesterfield. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add experienced Fabricator Welders / MIG Welders to their skilled production team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business offering stable, long-term employment with regular overtime available.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
• Friday: 7:45am – 2:15pm
• Overtime paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.

The Role

As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling a range of fabricated components and structures, working from engineering drawings to produce high-quality finished products.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Fabricator Welder or MIG Welder within an engineering or fabrication environment.
• Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Able to fabricate and weld to a high standard.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
