What You’ll Do:✅ MIG welding on structural steel components
✅ Fabricating to exact specifications
✅ Reading and interpreting technical drawings
✅ Ensuring top-quality standards and safety compliance
✔ Proven MIG welding & fabrication experience
✔ Ability to read engineering drawings
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Team player with a proactive attitude
Bonus Points:
➕ Experience with TIG or Stick welding
➕ Crane or forklift certification
➕ Previous structural steel project experience
