Welder Fabricator Fitter Gates and Railings

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Mobile Gate & Railing Installer and Welder/Fabricator to support our local customers. This role includes measuring gates and railings on-site, quoting customers using a computer/email, and then welding and fabricating jobs to a high standard.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay rate: negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and assess gates and railing projects locally on-site
• Quote customers using a computer, email, and estimating tools
• Weld and fabricate gates/railings and related metalwork
• Prepare, cut, fit, grind, and finish components as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers and the team about timelines and requirements
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
• Experience with welding/fabrication (required)
• Ability to take accurate measurements and work to specifications
• Comfortable using a computer and email for quotes and customer communication
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience installing gates and railings
• Knowledge of common gate/railing hardware and materials
• Prior estimating/quoting experience
