What You'll Do
- Tack, weld, and assemble to spec
- Read and interpret complex drawings
- Work to high quality and production targets
- Follow Lean principles and safety procedures
- Support the team and use your own initiative
- Welding/fabrication experience (heavy equipment preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self‑starter with good communication skills
- Knowledge of H&S and Lean manufacturing
