Welder / Fabricator – Night Shift

£29.00 per hour | £32.00 overtime after 40 hours

Global Recruitment are recruiting experienced Welder / Fabricators to join a well-established engineering company.

This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term contract work, regular overtime and the opportunity to become permanent after 13 weeks, subject to performance and the client's requirements.

Job Details

• Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 8:45 PM – 7:00 AM
• 39 hours per week
• Night Shift Rate: £29.00 per hour
• Overtime: £32.00 per hour after 40 hours
• Temp-to-Perm / Long-Term Contract
• CIS, Umbrella or PAYE
• PAYE available after 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding of aluminium components
• Fabrication from structural drawings and weld plans
• TIG welding experience beneficial
• Working to engineering drawings and specifications
• Operating workshop machinery and overhead cranes
• Maintaining quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven MIG welding and fabrication experience
• Aluminium welding experience
• Ability to read structural drawings and weld plans
• Workshop machinery and overhead crane experience
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
