Welder/Fabricator

Start People are working closing with a established manufacturing company in Stokesly who are looking for time served reliable welders

Duties

• Mainly MIG welding - Level 2 upwards - ideally time served
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts accurately.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly.
• Measure materials using basic math skills to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances.
• Assemble fabricated components into finished products or subassemblies with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIG welding, and a welding factory environment
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Familiarity with sheet metal work and the use of fabrication machinery.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to welding and metal fabrication environments.
• Good, reliable, hardworking attitude - physical fitness is required
