WELDER/FABRICATOR

We are currently recruiting for experienced Fabricator/Welders to join a busy and established team in Dudley.

Working as part of a skilled fabrication team, you will be responsible for manufacturing steel frames and skids designed to support pipework systems. The successful candidates must be capable of working from engineering drawings and confident in both fabrication and welding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld steel frames and skids to specification.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Follow all health and safety procedures on site.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Fabricator/Welder is essential.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Confident fabricating and welding structural steel components.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable and committed to long-term work.
