Salary: Up to £17.90 per hour DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday | 40-45 hours per week | Overtime Available

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Welder who takes real pride in producing high-quality work?

We're looking for a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team producing bespoke vehicle assemblies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality projects where your workmanship will be visible on the finished product, making attention to detail and pride in your work essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welding mild steel, stainless steel and alloys using both MIG and TIG processes.

• Measuring, cutting, fabricating and finishing welded components to a high standard.

• Producing neat, high-quality welds suitable for visible finished products.

• Using hand and power tools including grinders, circular saws and band saws.

• Maintaining your own tools, equipment and workstation.

• Ensuring work areas remain clean, organised and free from fire hazards.

• Working independently to achieve production deadlines and quality standards.

• Supporting and training colleagues where required.

• Following health and safety procedures and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

• Carrying out any additional duties required to support the wider manufacturing operation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding (essential).

• Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and alloys.

• A strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.

• The ability to work independently and manage their own workload.

• A proactive approach with a strong focus on health and safety.

• Their own welding tools.

Desirable:

• Coded Welder qualification.
