Welder

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to begin work for a well-established steel fabrication company in the Swindon area.

About the role:

• Working hours – Full-time, Monday to Friday, flexible daytime hours
• Pay rate – £16.00–£20.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Workshop-based role with some site-fitting work
• Fabricating gates, railings, staircases and other bespoke steel products
• MIG, TIG and stick welding
• Taking accurate measurements on site
• Working independently from technical drawings and verbal instructions
• Long-term work for the right candidate
• Start: Immediately

About you:

• Experienced Welder/Fabricator
• Strong MIG welding experience
• TIG and stick welding experience
• Able to read and work accurately from technical drawings
• Confident completing fabrication and site-fitting work independently
• High work ethic and a good team player
• Punctual and reliable
• Time-served or suitably qualified
