Welfare Cleaner – Live Construction Site – London, SE16
2 Hours per Day | 5 Days per Week | 12 Month Contract | Starting Monday 13th July

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a reliable Welfare Cleaner for a live construction site in SE16, keeping welfare facilities clean, tidy, and site-ready throughout a 12-month contract.

Duties:

• Cleaning and maintaining welfare units (canteen, toilets, drying rooms, offices)
• Restocking consumables (soap, paper towels, hand sanitiser, etc.)
• Emptying bins and general waste disposal
• Reporting any maintenance or repair issues
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally on a construction site
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail

On Offer:

• 2 hours per day, 5 days per week
• 12-month contract (possible extension)
• Start date: Monday 13th July 2026
• Weekly pay
