What You Will Be Doing

Working alongside experienced teachers and school staff, you'll help pupils to learn, grow, and achieve their potential by:

• Supporting children during classroom lessons.
• Working with small groups to reinforce learning.
• Providing one-to-one support for pupils who need additional guidance.
• Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Building strong relationships with pupils and staff while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Following a successful interview and completion of safeguarding and suitability checks, we will work with you to secure paid placements in local schools.
