The Role
📚 Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
🧩 Help deliver engaging learning activities alongside the class teacher
🌟 Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
🤝 Support pupils with a range of learning needs
📝 Assist with classroom preparation and daily learning activities
💬 Communicate confidently through the medium of Welsh where required
Who We're Looking For
✅ Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
✅ Experience working with children or young people is essential (school, childcare, coaching, youth work, tutoring, placements or volunteering)
✅ Positive, patient and adaptable approach
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
