TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Welsh speaking primary school in the Carmarthenshire area that is looking to appoint a Welsh Speaking School Administrator. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment and is seeking a dedicated administrator to play a key role in the smooth day to day running of the school.

The school is looking to appoint a full time Welsh Speaking School Administrator from September 2026. The successful Welsh Speaking School Administrator will be responsible for organising school trips, monitoring attendance, supporting finance and budget administration, cash handling and providing efficient administrative support to staff, pupils and parents.

The successful Welsh Speaking School Administrator will have:

• Previous school administration experience
• Fluent Welsh language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience managing attendance records
• Experience with finance, budgeting and cash handling
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and professional approach to school administration
