Overview

Ridgeway & Co are recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer based in Willingham. Our client specialises in the design and manufacture of high-quality, bespoke joinery products for residential and commercial projects and is looking to add an experienced Wood Machinist / Bench Joiner to their growing workshop team.

Duties

• Operating a range of woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
• Manufacturing high-end bespoke joinery products to a high standard.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Producing accurate, quality workmanship within production deadlines.
• Working with hardwoods and other premium materials.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Wood Machinist, Bench Joiner or Joiner.
• Experience within a workshop or factory environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of woodworking machinery.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
