Working Foreman

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Working Foreman to begin work for a well-established company in the Welwyn Garden City area.

About the role:

Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (Flexibility required)
Pay Rate – £250 per day
Brief Role Description – Working as a hands-on Working Foreman on a new build housing development. You will be responsible for supervising trades and labour on site while also carrying out housebuilding tasks and operating a telehandler when required.

About You:

• High work ethic & team player
• Punctual & reliable
• You must be a time served/qualified Working Foreman
• Previous new build housing experience essential
• Valid CSCS card required
• SMSTS certificate essential
• First Aid certificate essential
• Telehandler licence required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to lead by example while remaining hands-on

Main Duties:

• Supervising trades and labour on a new build housing development
• Carrying out hands-on housebuilding tasks as required
• Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently
• Coordinating daily site activities to ensure work is completed on programme
• Monitoring health & safety and maintaining site standards
• Liaising with site management and subcontractors
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
