Job Title: Working SSSTS Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Working SSSTS Supervisor to oversee a live project at Saul Junction.
Start Date:
  • This Friday 31st July (handover with the current site supervisor)
Duration:
  • Approximately 3–4 weeks
Project Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and working alongside the site team on a project involving:
  • Installation of a new footbridge.
  • Groundworks on the spillway.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a full handover with the current working supervisor.
  • Supervise day-to-day site operations while remaining hands-on where required.
  • Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety legislation and site procedures.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, and materials to keep the project on schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team and report on site progress.
Essential Requirements:
  • Valid SSSTS qualification.
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
  • Previous experience as a working site supervisor on civil engineering or groundwork projects.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and safe systems of work.
  • Ability to lead a team while actively contributing to the works.
  • Reliable, proactive, and available to start this Friday.
