Be the Face of the Workplace Experience
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding workplace experiences?
We're looking for a proactive and engaging Workplace Host to join our team in London. As the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless workplace environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a first-class reception and visitor experience.
- Greeting guests, managing visitor registration, issuing passes, and coordinating escorts where required.
- Organising meeting rooms, conferencing facilities, and workplace events.
- Coordinating catering and hospitality services for meetings and events.
- Supporting workplace services including desk booking, mail services, and workplace administration.
- Assisting with employee onboarding, workplace inductions, and new starter support.
- Managing workplace requests, resolving issues, and escalating recurring concerns.
- Maintaining high standards across reception, meeting spaces, and communal areas.
- Building positive relationships with employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, reception, customer service, workplace experience, or facilities management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders and visitors
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and excellent attention to detail
- Experience supporting workplace events, meetings, or office services is advantageous
