Certain Advantage is working in partnership with a leading defence organisation seeking a Workplace Insights Analyst to enable evidence-led decision-making across Facilities Management by transforming workplace, operational and system data into meaningful insight.
What will you be doing?
- Analyse workplace, operational, and system data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Transform complex datasets into clear meaningful insight
- Work with the System team to identify reoccurring themes and root causes
- Provide evidence to support improvement opportunities
- Ensure the quality and integrity of workplace data
- Work with Systems colleagues to improve data capture
- Translate technical information into business insight
- Present findings to operational and senior FM leadership

A couple of things you should know:
- Experience analysing complex datasets
- PowerBI
- Advanced Excel
- Data visualisation
- Data quality management
During an interview, you may be asked about:
- Your knowledge of Workplace Analytics
- Your experience in Facilities Management
