JML JobMatcha is currently recruiting for an experienced Civil Works Manager to join a major infrastructure project based in the CA6 4DG area.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a large-scale civils scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations
• Overseeing subcontractors, site teams, and supervisors
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards
• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders

Requirements

• Black CSCS Managers Card – Essential
• SMSTS – Essential
• Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Works Manager on civils projects
• Proven track record delivering civil engineering and infrastructure works
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of health & safety procedures and site management
