- Liaise with the Service Manager and team to ensure efficient workflow and process improvement
- Communicate technical and customer requirements clearly to colleagues
- Monitor individual and workshop productivity to meet key performance indicators
- Plan and allocate work efficiently based on skills and workload
- Identify training needs and support team development
- Manage communication between workshop and service reception regarding vehicle progress
- Ensure workshop standards align with manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain health, safety, and operational standards within the workshop
- Ensure compliance with brand service requirements and customer care metrics
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealership environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good organisational and team management skills
- IT literacy and familiarity with workshop management systems
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Resident within or close to Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
